About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking qualified financial advisers to help us in our mission to provide financial wellbeing to clients worldwide. The position can be remote or based out of the Prague or Budapest office. With best possible client outcomes always the first priority, responsibilities include:

-Lead Generation and Prospecting
-Initial Client Consultation
-Research of Suitable Advice utilizing Astras’ extensive internal and external resources
-Client Presentation and Clear Explanation of Advice
-Business Processing
-Ongoing Client Management and Support


Income from commissions and/or fees
Full admin and IT support
Full training and support from Management and advisers
Opportunity to generate both local and international clients
Freedom to work anywhere and develop business without restriction


  • CISI Level 3 or above. Astra can assist suitable candidates with development and qualifications.

  • At least 2 years experience in the industry.

  • Existing clients and book of business.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to network with senior individuals of all nationalities.

  • Highly self-motivated and driven to provide best possible client outcomes.
